Pricing Policy

Overview

This policy explains how Talvior sets and displays prices, and what you can expect to pay when you order from us.

Standard pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) on the product page and in your cart.

The price shown is the total price of the product. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no conditions, so no delivery charge is added at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Any sales tax required by law is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Price changes

We may change our prices at any time. A price change never affects an order you have already placed — the price you pay is the price displayed at the moment you completed checkout.

If we discover that a product was listed at an incorrect price after you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch. You may either confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund. We will never charge you more than the price you agreed without your consent.

Discounts and promotions

From time to time we may offer discounts. Where a discount applies, the terms and any end date will be stated with the offer. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.

Payment methods

Payments are processed securely by Shopify's payment processor. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Talvior does not see or store your full card number.

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order.
