Our 1-Year Product Warranty

At Talvior, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every item we sell carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty coverage summary

  • Coverage period: 1 year from the date of delivery
  • What's covered: manufacturing defects, material flaws, and product malfunctions under normal use
  • Who is covered: the original purchaser, with proof of purchase from Talvior
  • Applies to: all Talvior products, with no exceptions or differing terms

What our warranty covers

Our 1-year warranty protects you against:

  • Manufacturing defects — issues resulting from poor workmanship or assembly errors
  • Material flaws — cracking, warping or splitting that occurs under normal household use
  • Product malfunction — for example, a moving or mechanical part that fails to operate as intended

What our warranty does not cover

  • Damage from misuse, accidents or dropping
  • Damage from improper care, such as dishwasher or bleach use on hand-wash-only items
  • Normal wear and tear, including light surface scratching
  • Items bought from a seller other than Talvior

Our warranty promise

If a product develops a covered defect within the 1-year period, we will repair, replace or refund it, whichever is most appropriate. We cover the cost, including return shipping.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email Talvior@outlook.com or call +1 (701) 997-6768.
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the defect.
  3. We acknowledge your claim within 24 hours.
  4. If a return is needed, we email you a prepaid return label at our cost.
  5. Once assessed, we repair, replace or refund the item.

Your 30-day return right

Separately from this warranty, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you simply change your mind. See our Refund Policy for details.
