Our Warranty

Talvior is an independent reseller. The products we sell are made by their original manufacturers and carry the manufacturer's own warranty. Where a manufacturer states a coverage period, it is shown on the product page.

Faults within 30 days of delivery

If a product arrives damaged, is missing parts, or fails within 30 days of delivery, deal with us directly. We will replace it or refund you in full, at our cost, including return shipping. You do not need to contact the manufacturer.

Faults after 30 days

After 30 days, a fault is handled under the manufacturer's warranty for that product. We will help you make the claim: tell us what has happened and we will provide the manufacturer's contact details, confirm your purchase date, and supply any proof of purchase they require.

We cannot extend or shorten a manufacturer's warranty, and we do not offer a separate Talvior warranty on top of it.

What a manufacturer warranty typically does not cover

  • Damage from accidents, impact or misuse
  • Damage from incorrect assembly, installation or operation
  • Use outside the conditions the manufacturer specifies for the product
  • Products that have been modified or altered after purchase
  • Normal wear and light surface marking from everyday use
  • Products bought from any seller other than Talvior

The manufacturer's own terms are what apply. Check the documentation supplied with your product for the exact conditions.

Making a claim

Warranty and returns are separate

This page is about faults. If a product is not faulty and you simply no longer want it, that is a return — you have 30 days from delivery. See our Refund Policy.
