Every listing states the manufacturer, the model, the dimensions, the materials and what is included. Where a product needs assembly, or has conditions the maker specifies for its use, we say so on the page rather than in the small print.
We say who made it
We are an independent reseller, not a manufacturer and not an authorised dealer. We name the maker so you know exactly what you are buying, and we never imply an affiliation we do not have.
Terms we keep
Our shipping, returns and warranty terms are published in full and are binding. We do not advertise conditions we cannot meet.
Direct support
Enquiries are answered within 24 hours by the people who run the business. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, we resolve it rather than referring you to the carrier.
Clear pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum and no conditions. There are no restocking fees on returns.
