If you need to cancel an order, contact us directly and we will handle it. There is no form to fill in — emailing or calling us is the fastest route and it reaches us immediately.
How to cancel

Please include:
- Your order number, as shown on your order confirmation email
- The email address you used at checkout
- That you are asking to cancel
We reply to every cancellation request within 24 hours and confirm in writing whether the order was cancelled.
The cancellation window
- You may cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet shipped
- There is no cancellation fee
- Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within 5 business days, to your original payment method
- Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–5 business days to post the credit
If your order has already shipped
Once an order has been dispatched we cannot cancel it. Wait for it to arrive and then use our returns process instead — you have 30 days from delivery, and there is no restocking fee. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
